Alternative Spaces Exhibiting Artists

Alternative Spaces is a video program that will play as a loop Oct. 3 – 10 in the display window of the Leroy Neiman Center lobby. It is a collaboration between the Department of Exhibitions and Exhibition Studies and ExTV.

It aims to question where an alternative space can be found within one’s own community or practice, how do these places become visible, and where does their value reside. Featuring work by current School of the Art Institute of Chicago students and alumni.
