Alphabet Soup, LGBTQIA+ Screening & Panel | SUBMISSIONS CLOSED

ExTV presents: Alphabet Soup. LBGT, LGBTQIA+, Queer, deviant; the community uses lots of terms to describe themselves. This screening is for video work that centers around the LGBTQIA+ experience. This screening is in collaboration with the LGBTQ Intergenerational Dialogue Project. Organized by The Senior Services Program at The Center on Halsted and SAIC faculty members Adam Greteman and Karen Morris. This project brings together LGBTQ-identified students and elders, providing a rare opportunity for dialogue across queer generations. After the digital screening we’ll hold a panel discussion of elders and student artists.

Submissions are open to students, alum, faculty, and staff.

[SUBMISSIONS CLOSED]

SUBMIT HERE by November 20th to be considered for the screening.

After submissions close, the ExTV team will review all works received and notify applicants through email whether their piece has been selected. More details about the event will be announced as the date approaches.
