Anesthetized is the first in a series of video works that takes used software, to enable an aesthetic of the hacked television set; without the artist doing the hacking themselves. In combination with this appeal and the presence of a semi-nude body, this first installment is also  an irritated commentary on the “different” and “interesting” presence of femme bodies in comparison to the ubiquitous presence of masculine bodies in New Media.
